Is currently writing a book about his experiences as a teacher.

 

2002 – 2015 Visual Arts Teacher

Northside College Preparatory High School

Taught photography, graphic design, sculpture, painting, drawing, video, multimedia construction, animation, and other special topics.

In addition to teaching traditional art classes he has also taught semester long thematic classes such as using explosives as a means for creating drawings, scientific approaches to making art, teaching after the apocalypse, reclaiming lost childhoods, video construction as a game of chance, the socio-political consequences of waste management, and the intersection between dinosaurs and rock ‘n’ roll.
