PHOTOGRAPHY

Weddings:

20-400 people $2500.00 14hrs ($200 for each extra hour)

You receive Raw/Large Jpeg files with editing. No albums or prints.

Full payment due at event.

Portraits/Headshots:

$150 (1-3 hours)

Full payment due upon completion.

Small Shows [1-50 people]:

$40 (1-2 hrs), $60 (3-5 hrs), $180 (6-8 hrs)

Full payment due at event.

Medium Shows [60-200 people]:

$70 (1-2 hrs), $90 (3-5 hrs), $250 (6-8 hrs)

Full payment due at event.

Large Shows [200+ people]:

$150hr

Freelance:

$150hr

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Regular Pricing and Hourly Rate:
$55 hr

For all flyers, posters, logos, original illustration and banners (pricing varies depending on scale of project and production needs)

2 concept sketches, 2 rounds of editing plus final design check for production. Added rounds of edits $55 hr.

Simple flyers-Banner/Header/Border type design + text: 

$80+ (varies based on complexity and variants needed)

Design heavy flyers:

$100+ (varies based on complexity and variants needed)

Simple posters- Basic image + text: 

$60+ (varies based on complexity and variants needed)

Design heavy posters:

$150+ (varies based on complexity and variants needed)

Logo Design:

$250+ (varies based on complexity and variants needed)

Original Illustration:

Pricing based on complexity and needs of the project.

Banners:

$80+ (based on scale of the project)

Brochures:

For all brochures (pricing varies depending on scale of project and number of pages) 2 concept designs, 2 hrs of design meetings if necessary, 3 rounds of editing, plus final design check for production.

I will submit a pricing proposal and hours of production estimates for approval from point of contact based on individual projects.

Pricing and delivery turnaround varies on a project by project basis.  Expect longer times if I am handling all text on flyers / brochures, production and delivery versus delivery to a point of contact via digital means.

Rush Pricing:

Notification for rush projects must take place by 5pm the day before project is assigned. Only 1 round of edits plus final production edit on rush projects.

$65hr for 5 hour turnaround on flyers.* 

$65hr for one day (24hr or less) simple poster turnaround.  Pricing and timing varies for rush delivery on complex posters based on designs needed.

$70hr for 4 day turnaround on brochures. Depending on number of pages and design needs.

$70hr for 3 day turnaround on logos and original illustrations.


*Rushed flyer assignments must be received by 7am in order to be produced by 12pm.  If production and physical delivery are needed times will vary and pricing will be based on rush charges at the printer.
Turnaround times on rush products vary based on complexity of the project and production needs.  All rush charges from vendors will be added to my rates if I am to handle full production and delivery.

Photography:

$150hr for events and to create stock photography.  



Payment Schedule: 
50% payment at start of project, 50% payment upon completion.
